Return Policy
We hope you love your new purchase! But in the case that you need to do a return, we will accept returns within 14 days with receipt. Clothing items need to be unworn and unaltered with tags still attached. Sale items, jewelry, plants, floral, bridal, and bath and body products are all sales final.
Holiday Return Policy: Any gifts purchased in November or December can be exchanged or returned with receipt for store credit through the end of January 2025.
To begin an online return, please contact us at info@springsweet.com with your order number and reason for return. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us through your preferred carrier. Please ship your package to:

Spring Sweet cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged while in transit. Once we receive your return, a member from our sales team will review your order. Upon approval, your refund will be issued in the form of the original method of payment minus shipping costs.
If you've ordered an item and requested pickup in store , orders must be picked up within two weeks of their designated pickup date. If they are not picked up or otherwise arranged for, items will be automatically returned and refunded. For pickup in store orders we ask that they are returned within 14 days of the designated pickup date.
